At Axor Helmets, we are committed to your safety and satisfaction; if your gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags and protective films intact to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
- 2.Quality Verification
Upload clear photos of the helmet from all angles, including the visor and interior lining, to ensure the product is free from scratches or signs of use.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely place the helmet in its original dust bag and box, then attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
